These general terms and conditions govern consumer orders placed through our online shops.

§ 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders you place as a consumer through our online shop. Any diverging terms of the buyer are not accepted unless we expressly agree in writing.
§ 2 Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Bellus Pet Company (Bellus Pet & Co OÜ), Pärnu mnt 142, Tallinn 11317, Estonia.
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation is not yet acceptance. The purchase contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods and send a separate order confirmation by email.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All stated prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Delivery and shipping costs are shown clearly during the order process and are borne by the buyer, unless the order value reaches the minimum threshold for free shipping.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered during checkout (for example credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). The invoiced amount is due for payment immediately.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery is available to the markets shown at checkout. Delivery time is normally 7–14 working days after receipt of payment. Information on delivery times and restrictions is shown with the product.
§ 6 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Refund Policy.
§ 8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period for warranty claims is two years from delivery for new goods and one year for used goods.
§ 9 Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for a breach of material contractual obligations, and liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. All further liability is excluded.
§ 10 Applicable law & jurisdiction
Estonian law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for business customers is Tallinn, Estonia.
