1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the last item.
2. How to exercise your right
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us — Bellus Pet Company, Pärnu mnt 142, Tallinn 11317, Estonia · phone +372 517 6795 · email info@ecopetbox.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
4. Return of goods and costs
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Loss of value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
